In one week …

26 authors will visit 76 schools, colleges, nurseries and libraries
-
225 events will be organised across North Devon and Torridge

9,000 books will be given to children to take home and keep
NEW FOR 2025
Two specially chosen authors will visit 5 nurseries to do story book activities with 2-3 year olds in areas of significant deprivation.
Teenage boys will have the chance to meet the very popular Luke Palmer and Matt Oldfield, both of whom have great appeal to reluctant teenage readers.
BOOKS AT HOME
This was a huge success last year. We gave out 8,500 books. This year over 9,000 primary children will receive signed books following their author visit. There will also be book bundles for nurseries and secondary schools.
