How to Book

Tickets go on sale to our Friends first mid July and open to the general public, 10 days later.  If you become a Friend, have purchased tickets in the past or have registered to receive information about the Festival, we will send you an email to let you know that tickets are on sale.  There are three easy ways to book your tickets:

When our website clicks into sales mode you can visit the what’s on section of this website.
Choose the event(s) you want to see, add them to your shopping cart and checkout. You can pay using a debit card, credit card or PayPal. You will receive your tickets by email so you can print them at home or show the ticket on your mobile device to access your event.  All online transactions attract a £1 booking fee to help cover administration costs and to deliver your digital tickets. If you prefer we can post your tickets and the one off booking fee will be £1.50.  Please select this option at checkout.

Ring the Box Office on 01237 424 949. Please have your debit or credit card details and event ticket requirements to hand. You can choose to have your tickets emailed to you for a £1 booking fee, or via post for a £1.50 booking fee or you can collect them in person at the Box Office completely free of charge.

We have our very own Box Office in Appledore which is run by David and Jenny Carter at Docton Court Gallery.  You can pop in to see them at 2 Myrtle Street, Appledore, Bideford, Devon EX39 1PH.

Tel: 01237 424 949. Open daily: 9.30am – 5pm (11am – 5pm Sundays).

You can also email them at [email protected]. Tickets purchased in the Box Office are not subject to a booking fee.
