In 2008, twenty-year-old Jonny Benjamin stood on Waterloo Bridge, about to jump. A stranger saw his distress and stopped to talk with him – a decision that saved Jonny’s life. After a long period of recovery Jonny launched a social media campaign to #findMike, the man who talked him out of jumping. It went viral and three hundred and nineteen million people around the world
followed his search. Jonny Benjamin MBE is an award-winning mental health campaigner. This is his story, brought together with the assistance of author Britt Pflüger.
