Synopsis

Kieran Cooke was a foreign correspondent for the BBC, Financial Times and The Independent for more than thirty years. He will share his collection of whimsical reminiscences from his time as a correspondent in Ireland and elsewhere; chasing Colonel Gadaffi around the desert in Libya, dining with the Sultan of Brunei and conversations with villagers living in the shadow of Chernobyl.
