Appledore
Book Festival
is more than simply a celebration of books and reading in a
beautiful North Devon fishing village. It’s an expression of
one community’s determination to overcome its economic woes
and maintain the right to read for local children by keeping
the village library open. But we need your help …
It’s
a
not-for-profit
venture with a heart and it depends on every penny of
sponsorship from business and local government. If you have
a business and would like to help there are four levels to
consider …
Level 1: Help in kind
Level
of support: poster in window, food and drink donated to
Festival, brochures stocked on premises.
Business
Benefits:

Acknowledgement on back page of brochure (12 k print
run) and thanks in website (5k visitors expected).
Level 2: Advertisements.
Level
of support: £50 advert on website at
appledorebookfestival.co,uk – this would be no more than
100 words and a link to your own site/e-mail.
Business Benefits:

The adverts will remain on the site for as long as you
like without any extra charges.
Level 3: Event sponsors
Level
of support: £300 donation to the festival.
Business Benefits:

Two tickets to Festival reception.

Two tickets to the event sponsored.

Acknowledgement in the brochure and website under the
event sponsored.

The right to display publicity materials at the event.

Official thanks from the Chair of the event.
Level 4: Headline sponsors
Level
of support: a substantial donation to the festival.
Business Benefits:

Two tickets to the Festival reception.

tickets to that event.

Acknowledgement in the Roll of Honour on back page of
brochure with use of Company logo/slogan.

Acknowledgment in the Roll of Honour in the website.
